He lived in Yucatan Mexico under the tutelage of Patron Ahaw with Don José Díaz Bolio, an illustrious Yucatecan, writer, poet and researcher of the Mayan Culture. (considered by Don José his outstanding disciple) Deputy Director of the Bilingual Cultural Program at the Hamden New Heaven Cooperative, attached to Yale University. He was President of the Grand Commission of Archives and Museums of the Sovereign Grand Lodge of Puerto Rico. He has published books in the Maya area and hundreds of research and history articles.
