I honestly believe that you do not wish to contribute or help our people of the Town of Cidra.
We have been trying for decades to get someone from a federal entity to do their job correctly, and not to have us from office to office and from person to person doing nothing. We wrote on August 18, 2015 to Assistant Director Charen Dwin Vaughn, AICP and she wrote to the Mayor (Hon. Javier Carrasquillo) and explained the scope of Law 106.

I believe that the work of overseeing federal funds and monitoring the rescue and preservation of our patrimony is not being fulfilled, according to the clearest federal legal provisions.
