Honestamente creo que ustedes no deséan contribuir o ayudar a nuestra gente del Pueblo de Cidra.
Ya llevamos décadas tratando de que alguien de alguna entidad Federal realice su labor de forma correcta, y no que nos tengan de oficina en oficina y de personas a personas sin hacer nada.
Le escribimos en agosto 18, 2015 a la Assitan Director Charen Dwin Vaughn, AICP y ella escribió al Alcalde(Hon.Javier Carrasquillo) y se le explicó los alcances de la Ley 106.

Para su conocimiento el sr.Marull[mailto:jmarull@prshpo.pr.gov], es o fue, representante de la Oficina Estatal de Conservación Histórica(SHPO).
Ya nos habíamos comunicado con él, y lo único que hizo, fue decir lo siguiente: ''...considero laudable el interés del grupo de ciudadanos de Cidra documentar y resaltar las propiedades históricas ...Ya pasó la fecha para recibir propuesta para 2015''.

Honestamente estamos insatisfechos con sus gestiones.
Creo que no se está cumpliendo con la labor de fiscalizar los fondos federales y vigilar el rescate y preservación de nuestro patrimonio, según las más claras disposiciones legales federales.
